Terms and Conditions Rules During Race
We ask for your cooperation when it comes to these few rules:
NO COOLERS, NO FOOD, NO DRINK, NO PETS CAN BE BROUGHT ON SITE.
We provide food and drinks for purchase to you onsite at our concession stands.
No Smoking allowed in pit areas or inside the Riverfront Pavilion.
You must be at least 21 to purchase any alcoholic beverages. You will have to show proper id to get an armband in order to purchase beer or liquor.
Chairs and blankets are OK to bring in. Umbrellas are also OK but need to be setup along the top of the grassy areas so they don’t block the view of other spectators.
Cameras are OK to bring onsite.
Pets are not allowed onsite. (Some pets may be seen onsite but belong to the racers who travel all over the country with them to bring these races to you)
Please drink plenty of fluids before and during the races. (Preferably not only alcohol) it will be getting plenty hot at the races and no one wants to ruin a weekend passing out from the heat!!
Please come and enjoy yourselves, but if you plan on bringing your small children, please plan for them; sunscreen, proper attire, medicines (if needed) There is medical personnel available for anyone who needs it. Please help us out by picking up any trash around you and depositing in the proper places.
