ATTENTION ALL AUGUSTA SOUTHERN NATIONALS
VOLUNTEERS/COMMITTEE MEMBERS/BOARD MEMEBERS:
The race had to be canceled for safety reasons, but the volunteers’ appreciation party will be held to thank all volunteers (and committee) for their past and future support of the Augusta Southern Nationals.

BYOB – COOLERS ARE WELCOME – NO GLASS PLEASE!!!
Please bring a covered dish in a disposable aluminum container.
The meat will be provided by Steve Scott owner of Dixie Pig BBQ with a few good men will be cooking the BBQ!!!.
Potato Salad and Coleslaw is being donated by Sconyers’ BBQ.

We have a DJ & the Boathouse. Let's make this a huge event!
There will be an Auction of various Miller Lite donated items along with some other items.
Also, We would like to do some karaoke, so if anybody knows of someone who may want to donate their time that night, please let us know. Hope to see all of you there and keep up our long standing tradition of great parties!!
Volunteers and one guest will be admitted free
Additional guests will be asked to make a donation for entry.
Special Olympics Donation Information:
As you all know the Georgia Special Olympics rely on our donation every year. Since we had no race, we would still like to give them some help. Miller Lite has gracious allowed us to keep the two Hot Pass Packages donated for the raffle. Raffle tickets will be available at the party. We will also be passing the hat that night, so please come prepared. If you find it in your heart and in your finances to make a donation, make checks payable to : Georgia Special Olympics.
All cash and checks should be given to Lynn Russell (if in attendance) or Michelle Smith at the volunteer party or checks may be mailed to the following address.
